This unnamed design by Andy Kurovets and Kris Dekeijser is a headphone that doubles as a webcam. That giant crystal on the side is actually a cover hiding the lens. The idea is no matter where you’re listening to music, seeing your friends is just a crystal popping moment away. Would be amazing if someone could write software to see the world as only the side of your head could while listening to music. OR this could just be the next best thing to that Neon Genesis Evangelion costume you’ve been secretly toiling away at in your garage. Don’t lie!

106 mpg ‘air car’ creates buzz, questions
ou’ve heard of hybrids, electric cars and vehicles that can run on
vegetable oil. But of all the contenders in the quest to produce the
ultimate fuel-efficient car, this could be the first one to let you
say, "fill it up with air."
The compressed air car planned for the U.S. market would be a six-seater, a New York company says.
That’s the idea behind the compressed air car, which backers say could achieve a fuel economy of 106 miles per gallon.
Plenty of skepticism exists, but with many Americans trying to escape
sticker shock at the gas pump, the concept is generating buzz.
The technology has been the focus of MDI, a European company founded in 1991 by a French inventor and former race car engineer.
New York-based Zero Pollution Motors is the first firm to obtain a
license from MDI to produce the cars in the United States, pledging to
deliver the first models in 2010 at a price tag of less than $18,000.
The concept is similar to how a locomotive works, except compressed air
– not steam — moves the engine’s pistons, said Shiva Vencat, vice
president of MDI and CEO of Zero Pollution Motors.
" Utot mo blue…!!! " —> "Your fart is blue"
The Blue Swallow (Hirundo atrocaerulea) is a small passerine bird in the swallow family. Swallows are somewhat similar in habits and appearance to other aerial insectivores, such as the related martins and the unrelated swifts (order Apodiformes).
The Blue Swallow breeds in southern Africa, wintering further north in Uganda and Kenya.
This bird breeds in montane grassland, preferring high rainfall, undulating areas. In winter it prefers open grassland, with bushes and trees. The nest is usually attached to the roof or side of a hole in the ground.
This species is a small swallow at 18-25cm. It has very long outer tail feathers. It appears all-black, but is actually a deep, metallic blue colour. Females and juveniles have a shorter tail.
This species is classified as Vulnerable due to destruction of its habitat at both its breeding and wintering sites. The current population is estimated at 4,000 and decreasing.
